Jamie Murray

Chief Executive

Jamie is highly sought after for his expertise in advising, coaching and mentoring at all levels of an organisation. His specialisms lie in consultancy and training in complex environments: the nuclear, electricity, government, oil and gas sectors in both public and private arenas rank among his extensive experience. He understands the importance of mindset alongside management during risk and crisis.

Richard Youngs

Managing Director

Rich is an experienced business leader who has developed an appreciation for the importance of effective leadership, good communication and what it takes to get the best out of individuals and teams. He has led aviation businesses in the UK, Ireland and Germany for a FTSE-100 company, predominantly delivering mission critical services to both government and non-governmental organisations.

Jonathan Price

Director of Risk & Resilience

Jonny is a globally experienced resilience specialist and former British Army Officer with expertise in crisis and emergency management, business continuity and enterprise risk. He has led resilience programmes for high-hazard, high-consequence organisations and developed AI systems for emergency response. He holds an MSc in Risk, Disaster and Resilience with Distinction from UCL, where he guest lectures on resilience.

Eddie Ball

Director of Training

Eddie has 40 years of operational command experience in the Fire & Rescue Service, with extensive expertise in risk assessment, command and control, critical incident management, hazardous material response, decontamination, and business continuity. Having held senior Fire Service roles, he brings a strategic and operational perspective to emergency management, ensuring those he trains are fully prepared to lead in high-pressure situations.

Nigel Bradley

Senior Training Manager

Nigel has a wealth of leadership, training and mentoring experience gained through 40 years of military service. Having been employed in various conventional and specialist military roles in UK and overseas, he is at ease working with organisations in high risk, high consequence environments at the Strategic, Tactical and Operational levels.

Phil Scriven

Senior Consultant

Phil is an experienced and proven consultant and trainer who excels in a wide range of specialisms including resilience development, leadership coaching, incident and emergency management, as well as strategic and operational planning.  A former British Army officer with a wealth of experience in embedded mentoring; having provided enduring individual and organisational support to major corporations, government and non-government organisations across the globe.
